This calm and stylish space features four bedrooms is all hardwood flooring on one level and is conveniently located on a cul de sac in the Taylors area in the Pebble Creek community which is one of the most centrally located areas just 10 minutes from both downtown Greenville and downtown Travelers Rest. The home has been recently renovated and is fully furnished and professionally styled and ready for you to enjoy with ease!

The Pebble Creek Cottage is a one level home with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room (with office space), Breakfast Room, Dining Room, Walk-In Laundry/Pantry, Two Car Garage and Spacious Back Deck. The main suite features a king a bed with a walk-in closet and private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower. The twin bedroom features two twin beds. The queen bedroom features one queen bed. And, the full bedroom features one full bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a dresser, nightstands, device charging stations, smart tvs, ceiling fans, additional fans, extra pillows and blankets, closets with hangers and laundry hampers as well as mirrors clocks. The guest bathroom features additional linen storage as well as a jacuzzi bath/shower. The living room features a beautiful fireplace (for looks only), a built-in desk for an office space and a large smart TV. The dining room features a long table with seating for up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking items (see photos with open cabinets) and features a wall oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, Keurig Duo Coffee Pot and Full Size Refrigerator/Freezer/Ice Maker. Just off the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for 4 as well as a walk-in laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron/ironing board, clothes drying rack, cleaning supplies, broom, mop and vacuum as well as lots of pantry storage. The cottage also features a two car garage, spacious back deck with outdoor dining and a fenced in back yard. The driveway is a great size with comfortable parking for 4 vehicles long term and several more for temporary gathering.
