Located within the spacious grounds of Lonan Country House & Gardens, the MacDonald Suite is a wonderful holiday home to return to after a fun day of exploring all that the Western Coast has to offer with family and friends. This spacious self-catering suite, set on the first floor of the gorgeous “B-listed” country house, is furnished to the highest standard and boasts fabulous views of the beautiful gardens surrounding this historic country house from the original Edwardian windows.

The beautifully renovated two-bedroom suite sleeps up to four people in great comfort. There is a super-king main bedroom with a deep window seat which allows you to the most glorious outlook across the gardens, pond, and woodlands beyond. The second, equally comfortable king bedroom and the modern bathroom has the luxury of a large step-in shower.

The appealing open plan living room creates the heart of the suite and is a fantastic space to relax in – sink into one of the deep sofas by the cosy log burner and enjoy memorable holiday evenings. The breakfast bar by the stylish, modern kitchen offers an additional social space whilst cleverly creating a separate dining area.

Our kitchens are fully fitted offering everything you would need for a relaxed holiday, including a full-sized dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
