It is situated in the heart of Tbilisi's old town in a historic building of the late 19th century which is in the listed of cultural heritage of Tbilisi. Art House Petunia's total area is of 65 sq m, consists of 3 rooms and terrace. The apartment is equipped with all amenities for a comfortable staying.
