Apartment is newly renovated and is located in the historical living block, in the heart of Tbilisi, just 5 minutes walking distance from Aghmashenebeli Avenue, which is one of the main touristic and safest districts in Tbilisi. Location is full of restaurants, shops, cafes, bars (for example McDonalds, dunkin donuts, SPAR, entrée and many others). Just 10-15 minutes walking distance from Marjanishvili square and Marjanishvili metro station and 20 minutes’ walk from Rustaveli Avenue.

Apartment is newly renovated. In the apartment is 1 bedroom, with one double and one single bed. In the living room is located one folding double bed-size sofa. Apartment is equipped with air-conditioner, central heating system, wi-fi, cable TV. We provide towels, linens and slippers for every guest, as well as shower essentials and hairdryers. You can do laundry and ironing in the apartment; washing machine is located in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances (including refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, cutleries, mugs, cups, plates, pans; basically everything you need).
