When I arrived, the Hotel Old Tbilisi said it had overbooked and had rebooked me at a hotel a few blocks away, the Laerton. I walked there and the Laerton said it had no reservation. The two hotels talked by phone for a half-hour but provided no alternative hotel. I gave up. I went online on Expedia and booked the Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel. Please reimburse me the cost of the Shota Rustaveli. In years of using Expedia I have never encountered an experience like this,

View and Location are super great. Stuff are so sweet, doormen, room service, service manager, all excellent. I just had very bad experience with counter reception at check-in which was very bad. gave us wrong rooms (twice), extremely slow, doesn't response to normal requests (phone and heater needed to be checked). I also have bad experience with facilities, cleanness and breakfast..

Ganska smutsigt men fin utsikt.

Små ganska smutsiga rum, gamla sängar, vi sa till om att lakana var smutsig men det blir inte bytta även om vi sa till. Läget är mycket fint, synd att det andra inte hållet måttet. Piccolon var duktig och mycket trevlig.

Good deal, not so good hotel

The hotel is situated by the river, 25-30 min. walk from the old town. The hotel is cozy but need some paint. The breakfast is poor, but the price was one the other hand very good. Some of the rooms has a terrace towards the river. Those rooms are really much better than rooms without terrace.

Hotel: sauberes Zimmer mit unglaublich schönem Ausblick. Lage: in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro-Station Avlabari und zur Altstadt Frühstück: Buffet mit kleiner Ecke georgischer Spezialitäten Service: sehr gut, jederzeit hilfsbereit, Shuttle-Service vom/zum Flughafen möglich Alles in allem empfehlenswert. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es allerdings etwas lauter. Der grandiose Ausblick Richtung Fluss tröstet darüber hinweg.

attention confort chambre

Service clientèle zéro. Chambre numéro 9: évacuation d'eau de la douche bouchée ce qui a engendré une inondation dans ma chambre + dans le couloir extérieur. Il est 00h30, le service de l'hôtel frappe plusieurs fois à ma porte et font sonner le téléphone. Merci pour le réveil. Le problème avait été signalé la veille, ils n'ont rien fait et même pas me proposer de changer de chambre: lamentable. Pour manger au restaurant il faut courir chercher le personnel... J'avais que ça à faire. De plus, ils peuvent nous servir le 1/4 de ce qu'ils proposent. Pour le prix, je pense qu'il y a mieux ailleurs.
