Rustaveli Avenue is famous for it's old sights, you can get on Mtatsminda park, old Tbilisi, Metekhi bridge, Botanical Garden, Leselidze street, see old sights of Tbilisi about 3 km away.
What is really amazing is the property is in a good location. The three kinds of supermarkets are only three minutes away from the property.
Another interesting factor is that the metro station is only is only five minutes away.
Three types of restaurants are only within a walk-able distance from the house .
And the amazing news for everyone, the top ten clubs are only a 100 meters from the property.
There is of-course a number of festivals and city celebrations basically designed to help our guests have an amazing stay.
