Hidden behind native trees and established gardens, this charming 1920s two-storey character home offers comfort, privacy and a peaceful sanctuary to unwind right in Te Kuiti – just minutes from the town centre and a short drive to Waitomo Caves.

Enjoy the quiet garden surroundings, birdlife, open lawn areas, and the calming, retreat-like feel of this historic home. With cosy timber interiors, generous living spaces, and room for up to 8 guests, it’s perfect for families, couples, small groups, or anyone wanting a relaxing base while exploring the region.
