This Hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly and kind. The pools are clean but the water is a little bit cold. The food was great. The only problem that we had were the roosters, we could hear them at night, but we complained about it and they gave us another room further away were we couldn't hear them. So the good thing is they react fast and effective abot the complaints. If i ever come to Bali, i will stay here again.
