The holiday home "La Bodega de Julián" is in Tegueste and boasts a beautiful mountain view. This 100 m² complex consists of two properties separated by an entrance ramp, the main house " El Sarmiento" 77 m², consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is suitable therefore for 6 people, and the 2nd separate house "La Escalincha" 30 m², consists of a small living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and is suitable therefore for 2 people. In total 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot can be provided as well.
You can enjoy an outdoor area, the covered porch of "del Lagar" and a large outdoor terrace. A barbecue is available with the previous request from the host. Guests can also relax in the private swimming pool (non-heated) on a sunny afternoon while enjoying the spectacular mountain views.
Pets are allowed, as long as they are kept in kennels or in the kennels that are available on request at the property.
Air conditioning is not available.
There are access stairs at the entrance to the property. For people with reduced mobility, an entrance with a ramp can be organised (with prior notice).
