Costa Teguise: private 101sqm Villa on 144 plot private pool, 3beds/2bathrooms all reformed.
The internal accommodation is distributed over one floor and consists, of an entrance hall, a well proportioned split-level sitting-dining room, an independent kitchen, a bathroom, two double bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The sitting room opens to the back-garden and pool area. To the front of the house there is off-street parking.
This villa is situated on a small private side street. The sale price includes furniture. It is located in a residential area of Costa Teguise, but within easy reach of all of Costa Teguise’s facilities, including beaches, shops, restaurants etc.

the street isla de Lobo is reached by taking a left turn from main road at Ficus apartments and then an immediate right. A car while not essential, is recommended to enjoy attractive island.
Although the Villa is suitable for elderly , use it should be noted ,that there is a step down between the dining and lounge areas, so you have to be careful.
Children 2 years old or younger can come for free, older than this will have to pay but no barrier around a swimming pool .
The containers for the bin are situated in calle la laguna .

We had a great two weeks in Villa Acoran. The Villa was very well equipped, clean just what we had expected. Martine was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had very quickly. We would highly recommend Villa Acoran to all.

Just back from a great stay at this villa. Had everything (and more) that we needed for our stay. Villa was very clean, pool heated which was great on the windier days. Martine was a great host, good communication regarding our stay from the moment we booked and during our stay she was on hand to answer any questions. Villa in a quiet location but close to supermarket and a few restaurants. A pleasant 20 minute walk to "The Square" where there are lots of bars and places to eat. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Fabulous holiday

The property was in a very peaceful location yet within very close walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was very well equipped and comfortable and clean, and there was a very generous welcome package. Outside they were plenty of sunbeds to relax on and a nice pool.

Well located, well equipped spacious villa

Lovely villa for a family- loads of space and everything we could need supplied. Great location for town and beaches. We had some issues with plumbing when we were there but Martine was very responsive. We appreciated the heated pool- great size, maybe even a little hotter? Overall a great place. We would stay again.

Lovely stay.

The villa is in a quiet culdesac but only 10 minutes stroll from shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is well equipped, clean with a lovely pool. Martine (the owner) always responded quickly to any questions, even before we booked. Had a lovely stay and will definitely be back soon.

Had everything you need, clean, comfortable beds, 15 min walk to front, beautiful outdoor area with heated pool. Good communication with host. Only slight concern, in the description of villa it says air con, no Aircon just fans but wasn't a problem for us

Villa Acoran

We had a brilliant stress free time for 11 nights. Nice heated pool for the older chap!. The rest of the family visited twice with plenty of space for all 13 of us and the grandkids loved the pool too. Martine was very very easy to get along with and will certainly stay there again ASAP.

Fantastic stay!

We've just come back from a wonderful two week stay at Villa Acoran. The villa was just perfect and had everything we needed (and the pool was gorgeous!). Martine was lovely and so helpful and always on hand to answer any questions we had. And even bought us some supplies so we didnt go hungry on our first evening as we were arriving super late. We would thoroughly recommend the villa and Martine to anyone looking to stay at Costa Teguise. Thank you Martine (and to Viviana and Roberto!)

Just spent a week @ Villa Acoran 21st to 28th nov, Beautiful villa everything you could possibly need like home from home very clean, Spacious. Hosts Martine and Olivier very friendly always on hand if needed nothing to much trouble. Hope to stay again in the future. Jackie and Steve Sheffield.

Fantastic villa in a lovely quiet location.

The owner Martine was an absolute gem of a host. If there were any problems (couldn't work the TV 😂) she was literally a phone call away, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very comfortable and perfect for a family. My only negative, which is more of a suggestion, non slip tiles or slip mats around the pool. I have a 7 year old and we know how excited kids get!! I will definitely recommend this villa and we as a family hope to return soon. Thanks Martine for a fabulous stay!!

Wonderful Villa

We all had a great stay at the villa Acoran. Nice quiet location and pool, all shops,restaurants and beach only a 10 minute walk away. The villa has everything you need and was clean and tidy. British tv programs were a bonus for the little ones ( cbb's) while preparing meals. Martine was very welcoming and easy to get in touch with should you need to. Overall would definitely stay again.
