CANARYISLANDSHOST Natural I and II are two incredible villas designed by architect Alexander Bernjus located in an idyllic location, with the spectacular Famara Beach at their feet.

Although both units share a common garden area with typical island plants such as cacti and agaves, and a large swimming pool with a solarium and sea views, the homes function independently of each other, since each one has its own entrance. own property and privacy, including fully isolated terraces.

A style respectful of the island, fused with the environment and of the highest quality.

In the architectural design of the houses, the typical design principles of the island of Lanzarote were interpreted in a playful and modern way. At the same time, the original design of the urbanization on Famara beach from the 70s, with its characteristic round bungalows, was incorporated and continued in the redesign of the houses and garden areas.

The exterior is dominated by the classic materials used on the island, lava stone, whitewashed surfaces, wood and details in the green of Lanzarote. These materials are also used in the construction of interior spaces, but in the interior architectural design emphasis has been placed on sensual and colorful materials that allow the user to immerse themselves in a world of different color in each room.

Located in a private urbanization that has security and a community playground, both homes are equipped with large fully equipped kitchens, a living room and dining area with a table for 6 people and 3 double bedrooms. Each of them with their ensuite bathrooms, in order to provide privacy and comfort to each guest.

Natural I is distinguished by its spectacular panoramic views of Famara Beach and the Risco that can be seen from the living room, one of the bedrooms and, above all, from the outdoor leisure area, where you can also enjoy barbecue.

For its part, Natural II boasts a jacuzzi with capacity for all guests on its private terrace.

Among its features, the homes offer high-speed Wi-Fi, SmartTV, capsule coffee maker, filtering machine for drinking water, hotel-quality textiles and hygiene amenities in all their bathrooms.
