Distributed on one floor, just 1 minute walk from the beach in Costa Teguise, it is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, and Wifi Internet fibre at 300mb, designed for teleworking. Decorated with exquisite taste, where care has been taken to the smallest detail, it has a large terrace where you can relax, have lunch outdoors, and enjoy the sun of Lanzarote while contemplating the beautiful sea views. With two large bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and the second with two single beds, which can be joined or separated as needed and en suite bathroom. With two complete bathrooms in total, a fully equipped kitchen open to the spacious living-dining room, with Smart TV and direct access to the cosy terrace of the flat.

No. 13 unlucky for some

Newly refurbished & decorated but lacking the final touches of any comfort. Just a little bleak and souless. No sunloungers, beach towels, lighting from runway 3, no heating to offset the cool /cold evenings or damp. Felt like a test drive more than a relaxing holiday.
