Villa Nica es una maravillosa villa con piscina climatizada privada, ubicada en la zona privilegiada de Las Caletas (Costa Teguise). Alojamiento perfecto para relajarse, descansar y visitar la isla, ya que se encuentra en la zona centro de Lanzarote.

Esta vivienda vacacional ha sido renovada y decorada recientemente, con buen gusto y materiales de la mejor calidad.

Está equipada con todas las características necesarias para unas vacaciones sin preocupaciones durante todo el año, bañera hidromasaje, barbacoa, parking privado, sala de billar.....

Este espléndido alojamiento consta de 3 plantas.

En la primera y planta principal, se encuentran las zonas ajardinadas y exteriores como la cochera, piscina climatizada, solarium y terraza con sofás, comedor y barbacoa. Ya dentro de la vivienda tenemos salon-comedor, cocina, solana, baño y oficina.

En la segunda planta, están los 3 dormitorios, y 2 baños. El dormitorio principal con vestidor y baño en suite (bañera hidromasaje, ducha y mucha amplitud). Son 2 dormitorios con cama doble y uno con 2 camas individuales. Todos los dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado.

Y por último en el sótano, está la zona de juegos con billar.
