The apartment is basic but clean and has a great shower (drenchhandheld), ours had a lovely bench at the front for relaxing, and a big TV (supports casting and the usual streaming services, no English-speaking channels). Easy check-in by keysafe, all amenities in good condition. It's a quiet area. Parking easy outside. There is a noisy fridge you hear at night (since there's no door, only a curtain, between bedroom and living room/kitchen). Hob and microwave, no oven. The office gave helpful advice about Arrecife parades. A hire car is recommended, we were very glad of ours, buses can be erratic or you can get taxis, no reasonable shops within easy walking distance (but good Eurospar six minutes drive). Pizzeria Aurora 15 mins walk up road to Tahiche is excellent - Ensalada Caprese and Pizza Lanzarote amazing. And the apartment is well placed for the airport and driving out to volcanos, caves, etc.
