House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for you and a pleasant experience for our neighbors and the resort community, please review and follow the rules below:

1. No Parties or Events

Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events are permitted in the apartment.
Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

2. Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and overnight hours.
Be respectful of neighbors at all times.

3. Respect the Community

This is a residential resort building. Please be courteous in all common areas, including:
• Hallways
• Elevators
• Lobby

When returning from the beach or pool, guests must be properly dressed (shirts and shoes required) before entering the building.

4. Balcony Rules
• Do not throw anything from the balcony.
• Keep balcony doors closed when the air conditioning is running.
• No laundry, towels, or clothing may be hung or left to dry on the balcony. The building strictly prohibits this to maintain its appearance and standards.

5. Trash Disposal
• There is a trash chute located in the hallway for your convenience.
• Do NOT leave trash in the hallway.
• The building imposes a $100 penalty for hallway trash, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.

6. Registered Guests Only

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

7. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Additional cleaning fees may apply for violations.

8. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or resort property during their stay.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
