everything was okay exept of the fact that the pictures of the room has noting to do with the real place your cominh to- its not the same place !

This place is located at an old neighbourhood like a ghetto. There is no parking unless you paid in underground on the next street. The check-in is only between 3pm-7pm. someone meet you there and show you the place. the main entrance requires entry code. The room is decent size but on a third floor with no elevator, so we had to bring our luggage up with a narrow staircase. The bathroom is low and my husband over 6' ft has always hit his head. The tiles in the bathroom wall fell off when we closed the bathroom door. The location is on the flight route so in the middle of the night we can hear all the noise from the street,I can barely sleep. To make it worse, there is someone working on the roof at midnight till 4am, the ladder is right outside our bedroom door and noise is also come from whatever this guy is doing on the roof.

The room was clearly very different to the photographs online. A completely different and very dated kitchen, a minuscule bathroom and an air conditioning unit about 70cms above the bed. (I would have never have booked if I saw thats where it was positioned). We raised our concerns that this apartment is different to the one we had booked, a greeter let us know that the one we had booked had been given to someone else, but this one is in fact better as the one in the photo, as although you can't see from the pictures, the ceiling is so low on the mezzanine level that you can't stand up and have to crouch in the shower. She admitted this is a recurrent problem with people complaining that the apartment is different to the photos. We logged a complaint with expedia the following day to alert them to the fact we were in an apartment misrepresented online. The following day we return to the apartment in the afternoon to find the greeter outside the apartments who spoke to us rudely and says she had already explained that this apartment was better than the one in the photos, asking us why we complained to expedia and saying she didn't want us to give her a bad review. I explained that they are misrepresenting the properties online and they cannot deceive guests this way. Property functional overall but bed very uncomfy. Don't book if tall you will not be able to stand in the bathroom or shower. Rude, unprofessional staff. The pictures are not what you get, beware. Location good.

Everything was good but I think that the entry door from the outside should have a better security code. An option for the guest to change it because current code is very easy accessible for strangers.

Shocking. Save your money.

Shocking. Stay away! Horrible customer service. I had a late check in and was provided with incorrect details to enter the apartment at 1AM! Ended up checking into a different hotel. They didn’t provide me with a refund. BIG WARNING! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We had a nice stay at the JI Rothschild. Bars and clubs are really close and in Walking distance. The apartment has everything you need. Communication with the hosts was really good as well. Looking forward to coming back to Tel Aviv.

NÃO caiam nessa furada!

Péssimo. Deveriam trabalhar com Photoshop por que são excelentes nisso. Rua suja, apartamento com ar condicionado quebrado, e sujo, falaram que mandariam técnico, até o fim da estadia não veio ninguém nem dormimos de tanto calor, é tipo puxadinho sobe uma escada vira entra e no fim uma portinha, lugar pintado de qualquer jeito ,porta do banheiro que não fecha e da para ouvir tudo... enfim fiz questão de tirar fotos da realidade. Pelo preço que pagamos tem muitos melhores.. até agora não entendi como cai nessa. Hotel.com tá decepcionando só cadastra e não checa a realidade. Sério perdendo meu tempo aqui por que não quero q outros caiam nessa decepção.

La situación era cercana a la estación de HaHagana (20 min. andando) y de la playa. Calle horrible, aunque cerca de una avenida mejor. Olor que despedía el baño, antiguo. Obras que despertaban a horas tempranas. Por el precio 135 €, estuve en un resort de lujo en Jordania (Hilton). Habitación, aunque espaciosa, agobiante. Lo único, la cama era cómoda.

Great stay at JI Rothschild!

JI Rothschild is such a great place to stay in Tel Aviv! Superservice, The hostess was very friendly and relaxed and gave a great welcome, The apartment was freshly cleaned and had everything we needed and is located really close to both Neve Tzedek and Florentine, great for weekends with friends!
