This is the worst property I have ever stayed. Mouldy and dirty. Staff don't even clean rooms.

Im Flur auf der ersten Etage liegt ganz alter Teppich mit einem unangenehmen Geruch. Im Zimmer steht eine Sofa mit den Flecken. Der Personal bei der Registrierung und beim Essen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut.

Das Hotel hat zwar gute Lage, hat aber auch vor 25 Jahren wohl seine beste Zeit. Dem Personal möchte man gerne helfen, träge und langsam, wenn auch ferundlich dabei. Schimmel und Dreck überall! Aber wenigstens ist das Hotel total überteuert!! Wenn sich nichts tut fällt der Bunker bald auseinander.

Das Hotel hätte gut sein können, wenn mit mehr Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet worden wäre. Positiv: Der Empfang war freundlich und kompetent, die Lage ist gut, der Blick aus dem Fenster beeindruckend. Das Frühstück war gut, die Hotelmitarbeiter im Frühstücksbereich/Restaurant ebenfalls. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel, was in Anbetracht der Parkplatzsituation auch nicht zu verachten ist. Negativ: Das Hotel sieht von Pflegezustand her 50 Jahre älter aus als es tatsächlich ist. Die Zimmerreinigung war eine Katastrophe, die Bettdecke wurde notdürftig festgezurrt, die Kopfkissen noch nicht einmal bewegt, geschweige denn gerichtet, Zierkissen und Schutzdecke lagen nach der Zimmerreinigung am Boden. Das Bad wurde nicht gereinigt, die anfänglich komplette Garnitur Handtücher (2 große, 2 kleine und Duschmatte) reduzierte sich nach dem ersten Zimmerservice auf zwei große Handtücher, nach dem zweiten Zimmerservice kam zumindest ein mittleres (undefinierbares) dazu. Den Pool hätten wir gerne genutzt, ist aber leider nur von April bis August geöffnet (und dann auch nur von 11:00 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr) Das WLAN (zwei Netze) ist eine Katastrophe.

1. Suite insbesondere im Badezimmer und Balkon ist abgewohnt, unhygienisch und schmutzig. 2. Frühstück-Buffet: Frische und Sauberkeit fehlen. 3. Sonnige Frühstücksterrasse wird im Winter nicht geöffnet, laut Mitarbeiter. 4. Sauberkeit im Hotel ist eine Katastrophe 5. Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht , da hat man das Meer nur gesehen wenn man sich alles verengt hat 6.Fazit : Nie wieder !
