Welcome to our bright & modern 2 bedroom apartment, 100 m from Gordon Beach, with a 10 sqm terrace! Located on Gordon Street in between Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff, this apartment is the perfect place for families or corporate travelers looking for an authentic Tel Aviv experience. You will be able to access all the points of interest of the city, versatile urban life, restaurants, fast food, clubs only minutes walk from your place.
THE SPACE
Living space divided between the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Furnished living room with access to the balcony. Quiet balcony with a bistrot table and 3 chairs.
Dining area with a table which can accommodate 4 people.
Fully equipped open kitchen.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, full height closet for your belongings
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, closet.
Note: the bedrooms can also be configured with 2 single 80cm beds.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located in between the trendy and central Ben Yehuda street and Dizengof street on Gordon street, meaning that it's just a 2 min walk from the beach, a short distance from the old historic Jaffa, Old North of TLV or the new port of TLV. The apartment is embedded within the TLV lifestyle with all the coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and nightlife that TLV is known for.
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Ben Yehuda.
There are countless buses running from Hayarkon and Dizengof streets which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
