The space has been designed to meet the highest standards in term of comfort and elegance. Spacious and bright, it can accommodate up to 6 guests. This apartment is equipped with high end appliances and offers the best quality amenities making it an ideal place for a memorable vacation in Tel Aviv.
The lobby of the building is open and guarded 24/7.

THE SPACE
The apartment features a beautiful and airy living area divided between a living room, a dining area and an open kitchen with an access to the terrace.
Living room furnished with a massive comfortable L couch and equipped with a smart TV.
Dining area with a wooden table which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Fully equipped and modern kitchen with an island and high chairs for 3 people.
Access to the terrace which offers a seating area and a dining area both comfortable for 4 people, ideal for an aperitif while watching the sunset over the sea.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with Kind size bed, full height closet, smart TV, desk and en suite full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, full height closet, smart TV. This is also the SHELTER in case of emergency.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, access to the terrace through a large bay window.
Extra full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Extra Guest toilets.

Parking is available and included under the following conditions:
1. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
2. Make sure to notify us at least 72h in advance that you will be using the parking. We need to book a briefing for you to learn how to operate the automated parking and where to park. Please note that the briefing can only take place on week days and during business hours (Sunday-Thurday 9am-4'30pm).
3. Kindly ensure that the height of your vehicle does not exceed 155 cm.
4. We will need the make and plate numbers of your car to guarantee your access to the parking.
GUEST ACCESS & INTERACTION
The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.
Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.
We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.
We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

PASSPORT AND VAT
- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.
- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.
- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.
- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.
- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.
- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You will appreciate to saunter along the seaside promenade overlooking the beach but also to frequent the lively bars and restaurants at night, all just minutes from the apartment. Shop at the Carmel Market, one of the Tel Aviv’s biggest marketplace, or at the artist fair on Nahalat Benjamin, before stepping away for a quiet lunch in the charming Yemenite neighborhood.
Sheinkin Street is 600 meters from your apartment, while Meir Park is 500 meters from the property.
GETTING AROUND
You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are countless buses departing from the nearby Carmelit bus terminal which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.
Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
