Enjoyable stay, slightly befuddled check-in

The check in was a little bumpy - we hadn't gotten the memo that the late check in was via the hotel next door, so there were a few very confused, panicked moments when we showed up and discovered the door was locked and there was nobody at reception. But once we got that sorted the rest of the stay was great!

Our third stay at Muse and another great experience. From the early check in, which was most welcome to the amazing breakfasts everything was perfect. Highly recommended hotel and thanks to Ben for making our stay so pleasant. Hotel is a block away from the best beaches and promenade. Close to Carmel, Dizengoff and most TLV attractions.

Night Clerk on Reception Desk Saves the Day

Wadid, the night clerk last Tuesday (June 25, 2024), helped me solve a serious problem. A cleaning person had accidentally tossed a small envelope (an easy mistake to make - really no blame) and Wadid didn't dismiss my concern - the opppsite, Wadid enlisted her staff to help me find it. Many thanks!

When we arrived at 2 pm, no one was at the reception. Instead, we had to do the check-in procedure at the adjacent hotel (supposedly under the same management) and return to the Muse. Breakfast was not provided at the hotel but at the adjacent one. We reserved and paid for a room at the Muse, not at any other hotel. The disparity between what was advertised and what was delivered is a misrepresentation of the first order, requiring a financial indemnification and an apology. Renting rooms while renovating the hotel insults the guests and threatens their well-being and personal security. Shame on the Muse management.

This was our second time staying at Muse. Great hotel, with a perfect location. Close to all transport, a 2 min walk to the beach area and loads of dining options within a few minutes. A 15 min ealk toi Disengoff and Carmel Market. You can't get better. The hotel is small and intimate. A great breakfast is served and it has adequate amenities. The rooms are quite small but very comfortable and clean. We'd definitely recommend it and the rates were very competitive for TLV hotels

Nice!

Nice boutique hotel. Room was suprisingly spacious with enough hanging and shelves. Complimentary coffee, water and chocs. Shower good size, slippers and bathrobe. no amenities to speak of. Breakfast is fab! The buffet selection is great and the additional personal.order is a nice touch. Good location for the beach and buses.

I always like to support boutique hotels because generally they have great service and are managed by dedicated and friendly staff. I chose this hotel because of the very high reviews and ratings. The location is excellent and a two minute walk to the main beach areas in Tel Aviv. It’s close to all the stations and a very short walk to Carmel market and to Dizengoff area The hotel itself is generally very well kept and is a true boutique hotel. Check-in went well and our room was excellent, very good size and we were generally very happy. The breakfast is absolutely amazing first class in every respect and a huge shout out to the chef and breakfast staff. A big negative from me would be the attitude of some of the front of house staff. I reported our shower was overflowing and the bathroom was flooding on three occasions and no one came to look. Eventually the maintenance staff did arrive they told me that they came previously to check the bath and not the shower. The front of house staff member didn’t seem too bothered initially, and on the third occasion I had to raise my voice and tell him that I was extremely unhappy in the way that he handled this. whilst most of the staff were friendly and proficient, some of them are untrained, and probably too young to be in this kind of position dealing with guests. All in all, this is a good hotel and probably designed to cater for a younger crowd in their 20s and 30s.
