Location is awesome, especially for the film festival. Living room area was nice to hang out in, main bedroom suite was good. Nice to have a parking spot in the alley as well as being able to get an O pass to park on Pacific. Check-in/check-out was easy and communication was good leading up to our stay.We were a little surprised that one of the beds is not in a bedroom, but more like a downstairs common area. So it can be a bit cozy for 3 couples.A good amount of the owners' stuff is scattered through the house (medications, food in the fridge, clothing, toiletries), so it was a bit hard to know what we could use and what was theirs.

Perfection

So cozy and comfortable in a great location for our annual spring break ski trip to Telluride! Very well stocked with all the kitchen supplies our family needed to prepare meals. Close to gondola, Clark’s Market, everything In town. Elaine was super helpful with booking a private car to transfer us to/from the Montrose airport as well as left us a nice bottle of Chianti to enjoy.

Wonderful Stay In Telluride

We stayed for a ski week and loved the property and location. A super easy walk to the gondola or the main shopping/dining areas in downtown Telluride. The remodeled kitchen and den area was perfect for our stay. Elaine and Steve were wonderful hosts as well! Thx!

Property is centrally located in the heart of Telluride. The condo is perfect for a small group of 4 . If you need a place and location is important, take a look at this condo. There is a single parking spot, but a car is not a requirement. We parked our car and did not use it the entire visit. We had a wonderful time!!

Convenient and Comfortable Stay in the midst of the Enchanting Natural Beauty of Telluride

The property was very convenient to all of the downtown restaurants and shops, but also only a few steps away from the mountain trails and the gondola. Tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, the property was very comfortable with many views of the surrounding slopes.

we 've been coming to telluride for many years and usually rent a 2 or 3 BR condo in town. this one works great for 2 couples, well located to gondola and town it is very cozy and comfortable with gas fireplace , flat screen tv and sonos sound system and the views from the living room are of mountains on 3 sides. It's a trilevel with bedrooms each w/ bath on lower 2 levels.. the only shortcoming was no outdoor hot tub. we spent one day at the spa at the Peaks, so didn't mind. There is room for one i think on the upstairs deck nice kitchen well appointed.. owners are very responsive and addressed the few issues we had. We'd definitely come back

Wonderful stay in Telluride

This home is in an excellent location. It is as advertised. It is one block from the free Gondola and the Oak Chair Lift. The River Trail is also in the same location as the Gondola. The home is 3 blocks on the same street to the Market which has anything you might need to cook. The library with a wonderful kids section is caddie corner to the Market. Apparently the author of Duck and Goose was there during the week we were there. The home is one block from the Telluride Medical Center in case the altitude gets the better of you. There is a great taco place called Gnar just three blocks away. Main street, the street with most all the restaurants, and shopping is also two blocks away. What more can you ask?! Elaine, the owner, is great to work with. I spent some time on the phone with her and she was very positive and confident we would enjoy our stay. I did not rent a car but Elaine provides parking passes. The home is clean and safe. There is an electronic lock to the front door which makes getting in and out easy. The unit is in the back of the home but there is easy alley access to load and unload luggage. The home is spacious. Bigger than you might expect. The beds are comfortable. The master bedroom has a steam bath as well as a deep soaking tub. The unit has two and a half baths.The kitchen has all the appliances you could want. The skylights are great from allowing extra sunlight. I would happily stay here again :) Thanks Elaine

Gem in the middle of town

We stayed here with another couple, however it would be great, too, for a family with kids. This condo is so well kept and organized with every amenity one would need for a vacation. Even though we ate out during our stay, the kitchen is very well appointed for any gourmet meal your heart desires! Very nice appliances. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very quiet. It has a gas fireplace that can be turned on with a flip of a switch and newly installed Sonos speakers. It is located a short walk from the gondola and restaurants. Elaine was very accommodating to anything we needed and gave us some great suggestions for dinner. We will be coming to Telluride again and will hopefully be able to book this condo again.

Comfortable and great location!

We had a wonderful time in Telluride at the Bluegrass Festival! We stayed here with another couple and it was perfect for us. The bedrooms are on different levels for privacy. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make lunches and simple dinners. I love the Viking stove and Bosch dishwasher! We had a wonderful time - loved Telluride and hope to be back! Charming Ski home in ideal location

great home in the perfect ski town. very accessible to gondola. We have three children, ages three to nine, and we had no trouble getting all up the mountain to ski school every morning. Home is also very close to grocery and restaurants in town. We had no car and enjoyed walking for groceries, dinner at night, etc... The kitchen, laundry, toiletries - all fully stocked, which is so nice not having to purchase items you will throw away at week's end. Great kitchen with high end appliances. Super comfy beds. Enjoyed "steam" feature in master bedroom's shower. Nice basement with bedroom, bath and extra room with tv and pullout couch. perfect spot for our three children. all in all - great spot to stay and definitely ready to return!

Villa is one and half blocks to gondola and Main Street restaurants, bakery and market. But still in a quiet location. Excellent layout, all beautifully presented. Upstairs living/dining/kitchen area has cosy fireplace and a relaxing comfortable feel. Kitchen has all the facilities you could need. Made for an amazing holiday.
