Beautiful park like setting- Telluride Lodge Condo


Our condo is located in the beautiful park like setting of Telluride Lodge. Right in the Town of Telluride across the creek from Lift 7 (Coonskin). You can easily walk to the lift in your ski boots! Private ski closet for ski and gear storage located next to the front door. You can stroll the river trail to the Gondola and downtown. Don't feel like walking there is a Galloping Goose (Free Shuttle) stop across the street as well.
Hungry? We are just 1 block from Siam Thai and There (a funky tapas and cocktail bar). Or go downtown and gets some Brown Dog Pizza. Clark's Market is practically attached to the building- which makes for a very convenient stroll to the market for whatever you like.

Recently remodeled condo with new everything! Luxury granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, all new beds, mattresses, linens and free wifi and high speed internet.


Condo accommodates up to 6-7 people -There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, bunkbeds (twins), and an American Leather sleeper sofa. Which is very high end and comfortable. The bunk beds are best suited for children. 6 adults max.

There are 2 bathrooms total - 1 Bathroom with toilet, bathtub/shower, and sink. *The second bathroom ONLY has a shower and sink. *only 1 toilet in this unit

Hot tubs and grills are communal - 1 outside and one inside- steam room and showers -they are located on the center spine of the property.

Covid- communal spaces may remain closed during pandemic (hot tubs, And public spaces may be closed)

This is a lower level condo- the pros are a private deck, cons are you can hear upstairs neighbors. We provide sounds machines! We also encourage guest to purchase their trip insurance as we adhere to the cancellation policy

We had a fantastic stay. Andrea was a very accommodating and responsive host. The property is exactly as advertised and we were so pleased with it being just a short walk to the chair lift. We loved Telluride and our time at the property.

Great Spring Break Trip

My family of four stayed here for Spring Break 2024 and we were all very happy with the accommodations. Walk to Lift #7 is less than 3 minutes in ski boots and getting back home is just as easy. Very quiet despite being on first floor. Parking was available but we didn’t use a vehicle until we left to go home. Would stay here again!

Lovely place

Lovely remodeled condo just steps from CoonSkin lift. 1king bed and then queen plus bunkbeds in the second bedroom. Just 4 of us including 2 small children for the week was perfect, but you could fit more, although only 1 toilet would start to be an issue for bigger groups. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Less than 5min walk to market.

Great condo in Telluride Lodge complex. Cozy and modern. Parking within steps of building. Easy 10 min walk to Colorado Av./downtown or Gondola. 2 min to Coonskin lift. Highly recommend!
