Extraordinary, breathtaking views from one of the Mountain Village finest condominiums. This Cassidy Ridge four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath residence offers spacious living with an additional living area and generous outdoor living as well.
Enter the home into an inviting open concept living area: with comfortable seating area of plush furniture, gas fireplace & wall mounted smart TV; a dining area with seating for 8; and a gourmet kitchen with top end appliances, ample counterspace and a large peninsula island. The entire living area enjoys expansive views thru the floor to ceiling windows and french doors leading from kitchen onto a large open air patio, complete with grill, patio seating, and firepit. A 1/2 bath is also off the living room for convenience.
The 1st master bedroom suite is off the living area as well, complete with gas fireplace, wall mounted smart TV, large spa bathroom and walk in closet. The bathroom includes a separate jetted soaking tub and steam shower, as well as double vanity sinks.
Leading downstairs from the entryway, the lower level features a second living area combined as a kids bunk room. Two sets of plush twin bunk beds flank the walls around the big screen tv and comfy bean bag seating. There are 3 additional bedroom suites on this level: 1 master suite with king bed, gas fireplace, wall mounted TV and spa bathroom including jacuzzi tub and separate steam shower. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen and captain bunk bed (queen lower/twin upper) and share a full bath in the hallway. There is also a full size laundry room and desk work area on this lower level.
