Staff was GREAT! The place is nice, but the beds and rooms dont line up with how nice this place is. We had four in a room with two double beds. Not sure why they don’t just have queens there is enough space. The wall control for the heater says “heat only” so we figured there’s no AC like most Colorado properties. We opened window to cool room and listened to the gondola run all night until 2 am and restart at 7 am. Found out next day we should have asked for a remote for the AC which is a big square in ceiling that looks like a vent and we could have had AC. Never knew that was AC. Never saw it. Maybe have a sign in room to tell customers to ask for remote for the AC. They offered a discount, but because we booked through Expedia can’t do. Expedia… can you offer discount? It was worst night of sleep! The beds need new mattresses and sheets are hard. Sorry to say all this because the staff and the breakfast was excellent! But if we don’t share no one will know to fix this. By far the BEST coffee ever! Starbucks Verona was served. Let people know there is an AC option so they can keep windows shut. Upgrade mattress and get softer sheets, get rid of double beds and this place would be top notch!

Everything about this place is extraordinary. The location is prime, the Telluride gondola station is just few meters, intact 10 steps from the hotel entrance. The property is clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. The rooms were all big, clean beautiful with all amenities. The attached balcony for our room# 205 was exceptional with great views of the mountain. The heated pool and the steam room are perfect to compliment this hotel. Overall, it was a great decision to reserve my stay here. I will easily recommend this property to everyone asking for one in Telluride.
