The property was beautiful and clean. My jacuzzi tub in my room did not work, meaning the jets did not function even though I filled the water past the jet line and held down the button to engage the jets. That was the only downside though.

It was a wonderful weekend. I was so pleased & impressed with the front desk folks' service & kindness: their help in getting the spa service I preferred; how they offered a wonderful bottle of water as I arrived; how welcoming they were to my big dog; & really to all my needs or requests. The location is gorgeous, as are the views. It's walking distance to town, the beds are super comfy, the breakfast that is included with the room is very complete, & is a charming ambiance. AND the hot tub & pool are heavenly. Generally as this shows, I was delighted with my stay.

Comfy and cozy

We looooved our Locha suite for our weekend trip. Our dogs loved it too! The bed was so comfortable, towels were soft, hottob was warm, fireplace was cozy, and the staff was all around friendly and helpful. If you have small dogs and are bringing them, I recommend requesting the 1st floor or being ready to carry them over the grated stairs. Otherwise get ready to enjoy a hotel that has almost everything, and if it doesnt, you can find what you need less than a 5 minute walk away in town. Lastly, the location is perfect especially if you have pets. There was a park at every turn and we were just far enough out of town to not have to hear the loud music for one of the bars. We loved our stay and hope to return one day!

We loved our stay here! Our room was very clean and bigger than we expected, and the heated pool and hot tub were very relaxing. You can tell they put a lot of work into keeping the grounds clean, even with all the big trees dropping their leaves there was basically no leaves in the pool or anywhere around it. The staff was all very friendly and made sure to let us know they were there for anything we needed. We are locals who just wanted a night away from home nearby, and we will definitely be back!

The room was spacious, with small kitchen and everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Our room had a hot tub with a nice view. The bathrobes were awesome to use especially walking out to the outdoor heated pool and large hot tubs. This is a really cool property and well worth staying.

Just a beautiful place ! Our king bed was in a loft area , we enjoyed the sitting area, the hot tub overlooking the mountains . Beautifully clean ! Homemade cookies and cold water when we arrived ! Desk showed fantastic customer service ! Loved this gorgeous spot

Nice, but not what we booked.

We booked a studio suite and the description said it included a private hot tub. Upon arrival there was no private hot tub. We inquired at the front desk and they said the room we booked didn't have one. There were no other options for our stay according to the front desk. We probably would have looked for a different place to stay and saved some money had we known there was not a private hot tub. The room was clean and staff very pleasant. Just disappointed with no private hot tub.
