This stylish and modern condo is the perfect basecamp for all your Telluride adventures! Located just a few minutes to downtown Telluride, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom + loft condo overlooks the "forever wild" Valley Floor. You are likely to enjoy sightings of our local elk herd! 



This condo is located on the top and 2nd floor via stair access. Enter into the open concept and spacious kitchen, living room and dining area.



The living room features a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV and gas fireplace, as well as high ceilings, making the space feel large. There is a deck with chairs and a BBQ grill that opens up overlooking the Valley Floor. There is also a closet on the deck with ski storage.
The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. Adjacent and open to the dining and living room is the kitchen with a gas range and kitchen island with sink. There is also a wine fridge.



This floor features the primary bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed and a deck opening up to open nature space. The bathroom has heated floors, a shower only (no tub), W/C and sink.



Upstairs is the guest bedroom and bathroom. The spacious guest bedroom is open to the living room, but has a private door. It has a king bed. The bathroom has heated floors, shower/tub combo, W/C, sink and private washer/dryer.



Up another set of stairs is the loft with 2 twin beds. This area can comfortably sleep adults, but it's perfect for kids.



This condo features a lot of natural light on each floor through plenty of windows. The towels and linens are high end 100% cotton from FrontGate's Resort Collection and Ralph Lauren. The linens are also high end with 400+ thread count linen and cotton materials.



Get to downtown Telluride with a few minutes' car ride or 5-10 minute easy bike ride along the paved bike path, which is located just out the door. Cross-country skiing, hiking, fishing and mountain biking is literally just across the street!
The condo is also on the route of the free bus route into Telluride. You are across the street from the Shell station and San Miguel Country Store for necessities as well as the best ice cream in town.
