This comfortably decorated penthouse condo is located right in the heart of Telluride and has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It's the perfect place to spend the holidays in Telluride with family or friends.



Enter the condo on the top, 3rd floor. The condo immediately opens up into a large living and seating area with sweeping views of Telluride, Ajax mountain and the box canyon. The seating area is the perfect place to relax and this condo has a soothing vibe. The seating area features a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Open to this area is a large dining table with seating for at least 8 guests, with 3 additional seats along the adjacent breakfast bar.



Next to the dining table is the kitchen, which is fully stocked with kitchen ware. The kitchen has a partially stocked pantry with everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, espresso maker and a regular coffee maker.



Off this main area is a large deck with seating overlooking Telluride, Ajax mountain and the box canyon. This level also has a half bath.



Downstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a private laundry room with washer and dryer.



The primary bedroom features a queen bed, work desk with printer, flat screen TV and a Peloton bike. You are welcome to use it for you stay. 



The primary bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub and a separate shower.



Next to the primary bedroom is the guest bedroom with a split king bed. This bed has new mattresses as of July 2025. This bed can either be set up as a king bed or 2 twin beds, based on your preference. The guest bedroom also have an en suite bathroom with shower.



All towels are 5-star hotel luxury quality throughout the condo and consist of 100% organic Turkish cotton from FrontGate's Resort Collection. All linens are at least 400+ thread count cotton.
