Lots of plush throw pillows and velvety soft blankets ensure that everyone is comfy.

A formal DINING AREA with a large table sits underneath an elegant chandelier and leads right into the KITCHEN. Caramel-colored wood cabinets and gleaming granite countertops form an efficient U-shaped workspace. High-end appliances include a smooth-top electric range, drawer microwave, dishwasher, and stainless-steel refrigerator. There’s some extra seating at the peninsula bar, as well.

Riverside B201 was well-designed to provide complete privacy for groups, with all three of the bedroom suites located on the lower floor, away from the gathering spaces. The next GUEST BEDROOM includes a split king-size bed and an attached full bathroom, while the final guest bedroom is a BUNK ROOM— complete with two twin-over-twin-size bunks and an ensuite bathroom.
