Designed as an efficient studio-style escape, this inviting space offers a comfortable queen bed along with a twin-size daybed, making it ideal for couples or a small family looking to maximize their time on the mountain. After a full day outdoors, unwind in a warm, well-appointed setting that feels perfectly suited for relaxed evenings in.
The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped for light meals and easy prep, featuring a dishwasher, toaster oven, and microwave—perfect for quick breakfasts before first chair or casual dinners after sunset.
Location is where Blue Mesa Lodge truly shines. Situated on Sunset Plaza, you’ll enjoy prime ski access during the winter months, with lifts, ski school, and mountain trails just moments away. Ground-floor ski lockers make gear storage effortless, while a shared laundry room adds everyday convenience to longer stays.
In every season, Mountain Village delivers unforgettable experiences—from powder-filled winter days to summer hiking, festivals, and gondola rides with sweeping alpine views. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services, such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. For anything you need (or never knew you needed), we’re at your service!

- There is no A/C at this property.
- The complex offers a common laundry room and ski lockers for each unit.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc., when booking these dates.
- Please note, as a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Kitchen features a double-burner countertop cooktop, which is stored inside a kitchen cupboard and available for guest use.
- Please note: Trifold floor mattresses can be provided upon request.
- There is no dishwasher at this property.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
