Altitude: Telluride sits at 8,750 feet above sea level. Stay hydrated, avoid overexertion your first day, and consider bringing electrolytes if you’re sensitive to altitude.

Parking: One vehicle may park in the Cimarron Lodge garage (height restrictions apply). Additional paid parking is available nearby.

4WD in Winter: Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter months for navigating local roads and mountain passes safely.

Quiet Hours & Community: Cimarron Lodge is a residential community—please respect quiet hours and neighbors. No parties or events are permitted.

Off-Seasons: Telluride has “off-seasons” in spring (April–May) and fall (late October–early November) when some restaurants, lifts, and services may close temporarily.
