Located right next to Chair Lift One and the gorgeous Meadows Run, you’ll love sitting on your private terrace overlooking the skiers as they glide past, then slipping on your skis and joining them just a few moments later. Rocky Mountain living rarely gets more convenient or more enjoyable than this!

Your front door opens to reveal a surprisingly spacious GREAT ROOM with an open-concept living/dining/kitchen design. Right away, you’ll spot the impressive stone fireplace that’s surrounded by rustic wood floors, making you feel like you’re in your very own ski cabin in the forest. For relaxing inside, you can take your pick from the luxurious leather sofa or the two classic club chairs.

Next to the living area lies the formal DINING SPACE, complete with a charming table with seating for four. There’s also a spot for two at the bar nearby, which leads directly into the upgraded KITCHEN. A premier gas range, large stainless-steel refrigerator, efficient dishwasher, and microwave allow you to prepare meals and snacks with ease. Plus, the tile floors, natural wood cabinets, and dark granite countertops add a perfect touch of style.

Located down a short hallway, the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is spacious and bright, with large windows that overlook the ski slopes below. Here, you’ll find a king-size bed in an elegant wrought iron frame, as well as plenty of clothing storage space and a small desk area. The ENSUITE PRIMARY BATHROOM features a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The second GUEST BEDROOM is a fun bunk room, with a full-over-full-size bunk that has sleeping space for four. There’s also a second FULL BATHROOM with a step-in shower that’s accessible from the hallway.

Through the glass doors in the living area lies your private TERRACE that overlooks the Meadows Run and Chair Lift One. People watchers will delight in this sunny perch that allows you to keep a close eye on the ski conditions below. There’s also a gas barbecue for grilling out.
