This modern and inviting 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom private home is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Telluride, one of the few homes that faces desirable South Oak Street. Step outside and you are just steps away from skiing and hiking, restaurants and shops as well as the Telluride Farmer's Market, which runs weekly during the Telluride summer season (typically early June to October).
This home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably; either a family or two, or a group of friends. Whether you are here to ski, hike, bike or attend one of our many festivals - or just enjoy the town, this is the perfect place to stay!

Enter this 4 bedroom private home via a small gate facing South Oak Street. You will enter into the kitchen and living room area. The fully stocked kitchen features a Viking range, full appliances, Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers and a breakfast bar seating 2. The adjacent dining area seats 6 guests comfortably and next to it in the open layout is the comfy living room with a sofa, two armchairs, flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. There is a private door leading out to the patio with a firepit, BBQ grill, seating and a private hot tub.

Just downstairs from the living room area, the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and convenient workstation and chaise sofa, perfect for reading. The primary suite's bathroom features double sinks, a freestanding tub and steam shower.

There are three other bedrooms in the home. Upstairs is a private bedroom with a king-sized bed (new December 2024), vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV and a large window with great mountain views, also overlooking town, the Telluride Ski Resort and the surrounding box canyon. This bedroom has access to a private bathroom with a large glass shower. 

Downstairs are two additional bedrooms. The first one features a split king bed; this bed can conveniently be set up as either a king-sized bed or two twin beds to fit your travel company. This bedroom also has access to an en suite private bathroom with shower. This bedroom also has a flat screen TV. 

The fourth bedroom is called the family suite and has a comfortable king-sized bed, as well as two suspended twin beds, perfect for kids. This suite has a flat screen TV and a private, ensuite bathroom with a large shower. 

This home features towels and linens at 5-star hotel luxury quality throughout and consist of 100% organic Turkish cotton from FrontGate's Resort Collection. All linens are at least 400+ thread count Legends Hotel collection Supima cotton sateen.

On the lower level outside the two bedrooms there is a sitting area with sofa, chairs and flat screen TV as well as a round game table. There is also a small private laundry room with a stackable Bosch washer and dryer, as well as an iron board and iron.
