Fully furnished tastefully with all the comforts and amenities including hot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining, entertainment, and relaxation in living/ family/ dining rooms.

1 BR and full bath downstairs. Suitable for up to 16 adults in a total of 6 bedrooms, Living room and Family room. Additional fees ($30/pp per day) apply for guests above 4

Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining under covered patio w/BBQ Grill, 2 separate dining areas, free WIFI, cable, two flat screen T.V.s, 2 Sofa Sets, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Poker Table, Darts, Board Games, etc. Each bedroom as a private queen bed and the common area has 4 sofas for comfortable seating and/ or crashing in. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite full bath in the rooms with tubs for soaking and relaxing in. There are 4 full bathrooms, 4 toilets, for the ease and privacy of all the guests being able to get ready quickly and all together for those special occasions and for just enjoying and relaxing your trip.

Absolutely Amazing

To celebrate a milestone birthday for my my wife we traveled to Temecula where a surprise party was waiting for her at a local winery. It was a smashing success! Afterwards, a followup surprise was that all our friends joined us for an overnight stay at this 6 bedroom palace. I think it was a bigger success than the party! The property was immaculate and easily accommodated all of us. The game room kept many busy while large rooms gave everyone a chance to talk and catch up. TV viewing was confusing and could use some explanation, but we didn't really go to watch TV anyway. Everyone simply loved the place and location, and rose the next day totally refreshed and ready for more adventures. If you're considering the rental, my opinion is that you won't be sorry.

Great property for multi-family stay

The house is large with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, family room and living room. It was perfect for our group of 16 because we had 4 couples and 8 teens. The game room in the garage provided many hours of fun. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was in working order. Internet was good. No cable TV was a little inconvenient but we were able to work around it. A more complete information book for the house and area would be helpful. Although we had booked for 16 people, when we arrived there were no sheets for the couches or air mattresses. Rocky was very responsive and offered a quick solution. Bedding and linens were barely adequate-not enough kitchen towels and no extra bath towels. Parking was tight for our 4 cars as the driveway is not 2 car lengths deep and off street parking is limited, but we managed. Neighborhood is quiet and we had an enjoyable time in spite of the unseasonably cold winter weather So Cal was experiencing. Oceanside is an easy 45 minute drive but the LA area is 90+ minutes and not easily accessible. We did not use the yard or hot tub due to the weather so I do not know if the grill or hot tub work.

Family retreat

We were impressed with amenities available--kitchen supplies were excellent, but a more complete listing will appeal to more customers. We brought many items that were already supplied. The same with the bathroom and hairdryers. The size of the property was very good and all had good sleeping areas. The photos need to be updated as we based some decisions on the pictures and guessed wrong. We loved the garage game room!
