Place is ok. Just didn’t like that the fisrt room they gave us the door didnt work. Every time we used the key i had to push and use all my force and sholder to push it open. Then we had to get a ticket for limited breakfast and not able to take to our room. No other places does that.

The property was good and staff was very friendly. Things i personally didn’t like was the bed was comfortable but very tall for my height and age. It was a little hard to get in bed. Maybe putting a foot stool in the room would help. The other thing was the remote for the tv did not have a power button to turn it on or off and volume buttons. You had to get up and do it from the tv.

Like this place, but not my best visit

I've stayed here before and liked it, but not so much this time. Arrived to find that the A/C had not been turned on in my room, so my room was an over (it was close to 100 degrees outside). I do understand that this might be a cost saving measure, but if so it's not a terribly smart IMO one as it means that guests can't get any sleep until the A/C takes effect (which was hours in my case). Next, there was a German cockroach in my bed (see photo; hope it's not too gross); these guys are nasty, which suggests an infestation. I asked for and received a new room - also w/ no A/C turned on. To their credit, the staff were concerned & looked fairly diligently for any more cockroaches in the new room; I never saw any. Some days later, while at the event that necessitated my stay, I received a phone call from the front desk stating that they'd never received my credit card authorization form, and asking me for information over the phone. I declined to provide the information that way & instead chose to drive to the hotel in person, where I was informed that it was no big deal, everything was okay. Kinda weird. Nobody else in our party (we all stayed at the same venue) recollected being asked about "authorization forms", so I'm not sure what that was about. OTOH, the breakfast bar was great (see other photo); good food & the nice lady gave me extra sausage when I asked. The new ticket system to cut down on waste & ants is a good idea, IMO. Will I be back? Umm ... maybe?

i never tried the breakfast. The bed was horrible, needs a new mattress. i was given a handicap room without asking for it, and the restroom was spacious but the when taking a shower, the water literally went everywhere. there was no slope for the water to stay in the shower.

The Plus in Best Western must stand for ROACHES 😒

Everything was going okay until we discovered that we were sharing our room with a family of ROACHES. I brought it to the front desk attention, but i couldn’t get another room because they’re nothing available. Needless to say, we ended up sleeping with literally all the lights ON, and because of that, not only did we not get any restful sleep, but we were on HIGH ALERT!!!… hoping that none of the roaches got into our bags

Friendly staff, Ice machine was broken first night but otherwise a good experience. Breakfast needs some help. Very poor quality food… powdered eggs, yogurt wasn’t really yogurt (some kind of mix) and muffins and fruit were limited or not stocked daily. Powdered coffee and tea from a machine. Better than nothing but this company can afford to do better breakfast offerings at a PLUS location. Housekeeping accommodated my room cleaning requests and were exceptionally friendly. The homeless population and trash in the parking lot needs definite attention as well as security in keeping the exterior doors closed (kept being propped open). I would stay here again if no better options were available.

While the staff was very friendly and check-in and ground floor facilities were convenient, there were many things about the room that made it unpleasant. . The floors were bare boards, hard and uncomfortable for sensitive feet. The bed was very substandard—I could feel springs when I had to push against it. It was firm but with no padding at all, much less pillow top. We were there for 3 days due to being evacuated during a fire, and the only real sitting area was the bed. After 2 days, I felt like I was getting sore spots on my butt and hips and it was uncomfortable to lie on my side. There were 5 pillows on the bed and every one felt like they were stuffed with clumped up paper towels—lumpy and uncomfortable. After the first night my neck was strained and painful for days. This was supposed to be a Best Western Plus, but everything felt substandard. The ice machine was broken. The resolution on the TV was so poor I couldn’t read the menu from the bed. When we tried to use the microwave while the TV was on, it popped a GFI in the bathroom—which could not be reset. A very pleasant maintenance guy came quickly and replaced the GFI, but he still had to play with the plugs behind the TV to get it to reset. The next day using the microwave, the same thing happened—GFI popped and wouldn’t reset. So no power again. We just checked out at that point. This hotel is very conveniently located to stores, restaurants, etc. so hopefully Best Western will decide to upgrade it.

The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. Loved the fact you could actually open your window. Hotel is located right across the street from Target. Morning staff at checkout were super friendly too

Not the hotels fault but this night was during the protest going around the whole nation and about 1:30am I had neighbors who brought a few friends and they were really wound up. After an hour I called the front desk and I did not hear anyone come and tell them anything this went on until about 4:30am
