What truly sets this property apart are its unrivaled views of the city lights and hill sides. Perched on the beautiful hill side of Deluz above Old Town Temecula, with only a 7 minute drive to the city! Perfect home to sit back and relax and watch the city hustle from above.

THE SPACE

We are perched in the hills of Deluz community right above Old Town Temecula! Home overlooking the city and valley in a rural residential area. Home consist of 3100 square feet. Main house has 4 bedrooms 2 full baths and an attached beautiful casita, which consist of small kitchen, sitting area and two Murphy queen beds! Outdoor consist of gated large pool with spa, outdoor patio with bbq and table feeling your on top of the world while eating your favorite food! Then you can relax around the fire-pit overlooking the city lights.
In the grass area you can also enjoy a game of corn hole, plastic axe throw and bocce ball.

Pool heating: $200/day (operates 7am–5pm)
→ Requires 24-hour notice & 18 hours to fully heat
🚫 Do not tamper with pool/spa equipment — $1,000 fine.
Spa heating is $50 for 3 hours of consecutive heating to 102 degrees.
→ POOL/SPA heating will require a deposit prior to check in. Deposit will depend on the total days request to heat.

~We will consider small (under 20lbs) hypoallergenic pets for an addional fee of $100 per pet per stay.
