Very noisy. It was hard to sleep at night. You could hear other people talking in the next rooms. And the dogs barking next to the room. I book a room with one queen bed and when I got there they told me that they didn't have any anymore and they gave me a two bed room. I didn't like it. They should have a section for rooms with pets. Just like smokies and non-smoking.

The one Positive - it has a GREAT location. I have stayed a this chain in the past. However, a tiny room (200 sq ft), noisy (someone upstairs creaking the floor all night long) and person in room next to us had a barking dog in her room. Staff was NOT very professional or friendly when we arrived. This was also the FIRST motel ever, that made me go out to our car and wake up my wife to get her drivers license before she would check us in. Even though I had my ID, and the reservation had been PRE-PAID! This property has caused Motel 6 reputation to go into the gutter. I may not stay at one ever again.

The front desk staff were pleasant and professional. Our room was basic, but clean. The location was excellent, just next to old town. The bed was reasonable, but very creaky (lots of noise when either my husband or I rolled over during the night) and the A/C was also pretty loud every time it kicked on. However, I will say that the linens on the bed were better than I expected. Soft, not sandpaper. Overall, if I needed a place to crash in Old Town Temecula, I’d likely stay here again - compared to cost of other nearby accommodations, this was a good value.
