They charged me $35 for early check in, which ok fine but honestly if the room is available why the extra charge? Didn't cost them anymore to have it available. They then charge 19.99 for a resort fee! What resort? pool is closed. Gym is closed, and what spa? Felt like a fat money grab and no where on my reservations from Expedia did they mention a resort fee. Ridiculous

No swimming

The hotel and the restaurants were great, however, we had no idea the pool and hot tubs were closed until checking in - it was not listed on the hotels app as closed and we had booked this stay after a different hotel had their pools closed as well.
