I thought the room was very clean and huge. Valet was great and friendly check in was easy and fast. The only thing that I was not happy about was that we were there for three nights and I called for room service, once. No one ever answered. I called three times and then I even told them at the front desk no one ever came and I asked for towels three times and no one ever brought them. I had to go out and get them in the hallway from one of the cleaning ladies. I was there for 3 nights and only for clean towels once and that’s because I had to go get them. I called front desk, called housekeeping and no answer and even told them at the front desk on my way to the casino. I know that your policy that you will only do room service if you’re there for three nights or more and you have to ask for it which I did and then never happened.

We booked a room 6 months in advance for a wedding we were attending and paid in full. When we checked in, we were told that the room we reserved was no longer available because rooms were on a first come basis. We were not notified that the pool was closed weekdays for the season despite the fact that its still 90 degrees out. Additionally, we had no hot water for half of our stay. I wasn't expecting luxury, but for almost $300 a night it was terrible. Stay at Harrahs instead.

It was fine. Bed was too soft for our comfort. Toilet paper and “Kleenex” tissues were poor quality. Appreciated the coffee bar and the bottled waters. Really disliked that we had to walk through a smoking section in the casino to get to the restaurants! Not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Restaurants were opened very limited hours. We traveled to the area for a wedding so a number of extended family was looking forward to gathering. We gathered at the pool bar and were asked to leave at 7pm as they were closing the bar. We tried to move to the sports bar but were told it was only open Friday through Sunday. Very limited hours on all of the bars and restaurants.

Clean room, helpful staff, excellent service, many dining choices, comfortable bed. The only drawback was the cigarette smell around the casino and dining areas.
