I didn't like that I was checked in after 4 pm ...We arrived at 2 pm...front desk said the room was not ready I understood becAuse we had arrived early...I was told to come back at 3:30 we did and the room was not ready..came back at 4 pm not ready ... again at 4:15 not ready... finally around 4:30 they called me when it was ready ..The front desk was not apologetic...

The employees were very nice and very helpful. All the way from check in to having dinner at their restaurants and breakfast at their cafe. They have a new italian restaurant.That is very beautiful and yeah, we didn't get a chance to eat there, but it sure looked nice from outside and the menu was great. The prices for the room were good and they were moustacious and very very clean.

Low rise commode

It was perfect. Only complaint I have is the toilets are way to low. I suffer from knee arthritis and being their toilets are extremely low my arthritis knees were in excruciating pain after 3 days.
