If you’re wanting a nice romantic weekend in a lovely apartment then your partner might be looking for a divorce afterwards. However, if you’re a casual traveller willing to live in what is effectively student accommodation then it’s fine. Herman, the owner is a very nice chap.

We spent one week in this beautiful cottage and couldn't have wished for a better accommodation for our vacation! The cottage is wonderfully located in the heart of Windermere, making it an ideal starting point for day trips! The cottage is lovingly furnished and up to date! Beautiful, peaceful spot!

My family and I loved this home :). It's in a lovely area, and there were Clydesdale carriage rides just down the road. The peaceful front porch has a comfortable couch where we listened to the birds and watched the hot air balloons for a nice quiet morning. A nice kitchen with great supplies (do bring your own seasoning) and very comfortable beds. The hot tub was a lovely way to spend the evening. We would stay here again!

Great Family Stay

The property was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, in the middle of the beautiful wineries. The balloons in the morning were so fun! We were there for a soccer tournament, and this place had everything we needed.
