Host/property manager were excellent. Great communication and assistance. View was spectacular and we greatly enjoyed the pool and pool area bar. Appliances worked fine. No complaints at all. Steep hill to get to house was only scary the first time up, and it was paved!! which is unusual for hilltop houses. A/C was great. Would highly recommend except maybe for young kids as there is a very steep drop off by the pool edge. All good. Pura Vida

Beautiful place

The location is great- it is up a steep incline so be prepared for that. The view is amazing. The house needs or needed at that time a good cleaning. It seemed no one had been there for a while. Kitchen has most everything you need. Could use more bathroom towels. The air conditioners seemed to have a hard time keeping up. We would definitely stay there again.

Hidden Gem

This house is on a hill and faces west so the views are outstanding and the sunsets are magical. It is a Beautiful home, lots of space, comfortable beds, good BBQ, lots of pots, pans and dishes etc.. Swimming pool is great to cool off. The area was peaceful, the beach (Playa Prieta) is amazing and also quiet. Easy drive to Portreo, Flamingo and Brasilito. The property manager was readily available and dealt with issues immediately. We would happily stay here again.
