Great spot with an amazing private (and quiet) pool, and an easy walk to the beach. Perfect for our family of 3, but also would have scaled comfortably for up to 5 or 6 people. Beach access is across the street and roughly 100m away. The beach itself is also quiet - a HUGE contrast to the tourist swarmed Tamarindo. Close to a great scuba dive center, restauarsnts, sodas, markets, and other amenities.

This is a great property! It’s well stocked, well kept and very enjoyable place to stay! The kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking. It was very clean and comfortable. The lanai and pool were perfect for relaxing days! The owner was very responsive to questions before our trip, and the property manager was helpful and accessible during our stay. This was a gem that had absolutely every comfort of your own home. Beach chairs & towels, to-go cups, every kitchen utensil, basic spices, flashlights and more and more. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Playa Potrero. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush, well-designed gardens that create a peaceful and private atmosphere. The pool was a highlight for us and quickly became part of our daily routine, it’s perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.The house itself is very spacious, even for just the two of us, and never felt cramped.
