Upon entering the condo, you’ll find a compact kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator , microwave and portable hot plate. There’s also a dining table for four, perfect for enjoying indoor meals. The living area features a cozy couch, ideal for relaxation.



The one-bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an adjoining ensuite bathroom, which serves as a luxurious retreat. The bathroom features a generous walk-in shower and a spacious vanity for all your essentials.

Please note that the road leading to the property in Las Catalinas is currently undergoing significant temporary construction, which may cause delays and make access more challenging. We recommend allowing extra time for travel and appreciate your understanding during this improvement period. However, once you arrive at the home, you'll find that Las Catalinas offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay, including a mini grocery store, a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, a beach club, and a spa—all within easy reach.
