Be ready to be awakened by birds or howler monkeys. Let your sight get lost in the vastness of the horizon and enjoy the most majestic sunsets, from the ample balconies, full of pleasant seating groupings.

There’s no better way to invite you and your party to enjoy time together and delicious meals than with a well equipped kitchen complete with an island seating 4 and outdoor courtyard. Adjacent is the 8 seat dining table that leads to the main floor deck and plunge pool. Keep the doors open to enjoy the relaxing cascade sound while taking your time to capture the warm sensation of peace that the living room will make you feel.

When it comes to rest, this house features 5 bedrooms all with top-of-the-line mattresses and linens. The primary has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, there are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and an ensuite bathrooms as well, one room with two twins that can be joined into a king, and the last bedroom with two twin bunk beds. These last two bedrooms share a bathroom. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.

The house has complimentary house mom service including daily cleaning & light laundry.

The house is fully equipped with ceiling fans, A/C and cable Smart TVs, high-speed internet, as well as a laundry room for your convenience. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as shampoo, shower gel & hand soap. Also for your use are: beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.

In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

About the Area

Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Daily Pass Options:

- Beach Club Adult Pass: At $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Reservations required.

- Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access.

- Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited.

- Visitors Day Pass: $70 USD + 13% VAT - $50 redeemable in consumables, accessible for visitors or anyone staying off condominium premises (Reservations Required), no Seasonal priority Limited Access.
