The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible!



CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, and because of this, there will be construction in the area with minimal disturbance.

Essential services like a medical center, drugstore, bank, and law firm ensure convenience during your stay.



The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Thank you so much for being a part of our community and for your understanding.  Parking on the main road is prohibited.



Las Catalinas Beach Club, Daily Pass Options:



Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.



Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.



Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.
