We stayed here two times in 2 weeks because there was a promo code on two different rental sites. The owner allowed us to redeem the offers for each site for two shorter visits and got a better price. The beach is half a mile, maybe a 10min walk straight down the street to be on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and will come back again next time I’m in Costa Rica. They have a lot of amenities that you don’t have to pay extra for like scooters, snorkeling stuff, life vests, kayak, bodyboards, ice chest, board/card games, outdoor games, beach umbrella/chairs. The pool is 30 seconds walk. The community is totally gated and only has about 20 units. We saw very few neighbors and the pool was always relaxing and empty like it was a private pool. There were many huge trees and so many beautiful birds. We could eat the fruit on the trees. There was mangos, avocados, lemons and starfruit. The unit has a little parking lot right next to it and only you and two other people are allowed to park in so you never have to worry about parking or walking far to get to your car. She answered all our questions quickly and helped us so much with suggestions and advice.
