Beautiful apartment with covered terrace in a cottage in 2 floors of the property, in a village where not allowed to circulate with motor vehicles. Despite being close to the centers of life of Palau and Santa Teresa is ideal for those seeking, even in high season, the peace and quiet after a day at sea.
The apartment is located in San Pasquale in the heart of Gallura, between Palau and Santa Teresa Gallura in front of the archipelago of La Maddalena (Spargi Islands, Spargiotto, Budelli, Razzoli, Santa Maria and Magdalene). And 'therefore ideally located to reach the most beautiful beaches in the North of Sardinia, we are about 2 km from the sea as the crow flies.
Possibility of lunch and dinner outdoors (There are 2 tables each with 4 chairs, one for the inside and the other for the terrace).
Tastefully decorated with all amenities, ideal for 2-4 people.
Double bedroom, bathroom (with sink, toilet, bidet, enclosed shower, water heater and washing machine), living area with kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed. Please note that the 4 places are as follows: a room with a double bed and a sofa bed 2 places in the living area.
Tastefully decorated (local crafts), there is everything you need for a comfortable (fridge, freezer, microwave, and heat pump for cooling and heating), you need only to arrive with your bed linen and towels.
In the apartment you will also find a collection with the latest information to reach the places of interest (Beaches, restaurants, crafts, etc.). If you are 8 there can also rent our apartment for 4 people on the ground floor with large garden (same internal composition).
In January 2014 we redid the facade, the roof terrace, the discharges of sanitary ware, painted the interior.
In September 2013 we revised the pump autoclave (private water tank).

Veramente molto carino e dotata di tutti i comfort questa sistemazione nel Borgo Saraceno in frazione San Pasquale. In posizione ideale per raggiungere da varie direttrici la costa con le splendide spiagge. Grande disponibilità della proprietà e del Signor Usai che ci ha accolto ed assistito durante il soggiorno. Unico neo da evidenziare riguarda il paese, che è veramente inconsistente.
