Stunning Watts Bar Lake cabin directly on the water! A short 5 min boat ride from Blue Springs Marina, a full service marina offering boat rentals.- 10 minute drive. They also have a great atmosphere with live music and great food and drinks! This 3 story 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath log home has a wooden staircase that takes you directly to your private dock. The dock has a slip for a 30 ft boat! We offer kayaks and a slide!!

Covered dock with boat slip and only minutes away from Blue Springs Marina; a full service marina with restaurant and bar.

EARLY CHECK-IN: YES we allow early check-ins but this can be a major shakeup to our schedule. If allowed we charge $100 additional dollars and more than likely you will see our cleaners finishing up. Please check ahead of time before you commit to this agenda.

Our guests will have full access to the home, the garage, and the dock.

Guests will have phone number and email to property manager with any questions or concerns.

Host recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores are typically favorite questions, but we advise to checkout Google to lead the way. (That's what we do when we visit)

Note: we offer a fire pit but guest must bring their own firewood and use any that other guests may have left.

Indoor fireplace is not in use. Due to insurance policies we are unable to provide our guests with a working fireplace.

PETS: WE LOVE DOGS! Bring them, but pre-register with our pet cleaning fee. This is so important. Future guests that may have allergies need us to pay professional cleaners to rid of the dander or other allergens that our furry friends bring. Any sign of a pet we will file damage claims and seek a cleaning fee. (Let's skip that step and do what is right).

Family Time

We came in town for my grandmother’s funeral. The location was peaceful and much more relaxing than a hotel room. We enjoyed the house and enjoyed being together as a family.

Roach Infestation

Owner is only interested in the business (money) side. We were perfect guests but refused to give me a good review or return the deposit unless I gave a 5-star review for a cabin infested with roaches and no working grill. The roaches were the worst. Everywhere. Mostly in the kitchen. Did I mention there were roaches everywhere?

We had plenty of room for 3 families, loved the outdoor space and beautiful scenery. Great communication from property manager and had everything we needed! Would love to come back during summer months to enjoy the lake more.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. Some of the electronics did not work but that enabled more family/lake time. Make sure you have plenty of bug spray and sun screen due to lake life. Highly recommend and would rent again.

Ten Mile cabin

Overall it was a good getaway for our family vacation. Be aware that there is multiple steps and staircases in home and to lakefront. Driveway is very steep also. There is no yard for outdoor games. Multiple decks are available for sitting and relaxing. Game room is nice, billiard table is playable but is old and needs replaced. Sofa was terribly broken down and ripped on one section. Kitchen was well stocked with necessity. The lake is absolutely beautiful.

Amazing place!

Beautiful vacation cabin in an excellent location if you want to get away from the bustle of the city and enjoy nature, local fauna and a formidable view facing the lake. Spacious, well organized and equipped, comfortable rooms and impeccable bathrooms, all the details well cared for. Its environments stand out in spaces to share between family and friends, cozy moments. Cinema area, with comfortable seats, various games room, jacussi or simply many balconies with chairs to enjoy a pleasant reading. Every day here, you can do something different, don't miss the sunrises or sunsets in the kayak. Delighted to have enjoyed this 5-star cabin, I would like to visit it in summer.

Great place for family holiday

Beautiful cabin, very clean! Kitchen and large pantry space were perfect for our family cooking projects. The extensive game room was quite popular throughout the entire stay. Another high point was the gorgeous setting on the lake -- we came in November and the lake was totally quiet. We watched birds and wildlife from the decks and made use of the kayaks for exploratory outings. HIghly recommended.

Game room was excellent!!!!!

Game room was supplied with everything you needed to play pool, ping pong And darts!!! The kitchen had condiments and other food that we never expected. We have rented many times before and never had supplies like that. Beds were very comfortable and the cove was very quiet!! Used the gas grill every night. Cons: Location was further than expected from grocery stores and highway. There were exposed nails on the deck but I told the property manager and he said they would be fixed!! Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights on the dock for night fishing. All in all our family of ten had a great time and time just flew by!!! The weather was perfect all week.

Excellent Lake House!!

This place is amazing and a great place to spend a week on the lake. The house and amenities were great! The adults and kids enjoy everything about the house. This is definitely a place I would consider visiting again.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had so much fun! This place really exceeded our expectations. We had grandkids from the ages of 5 to 14 yrs old. We never got bored between the rope swing, the slide, the kayaks and paddleboard not to mention all the activities inside the cabin. The theater room was awesome! The lake was never busy and we had fun boating too! The kitchen was also well stocked and we ate most of our meals in. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We look forward to coming again sometime.

Ten Mile Cabin

Amazing property that more than met our needs for our annual family fishing trip. The driveway was extremely steep but warned in advance, we were able to park our trailers at the top and back our vehicles into the driveway. The dock easily accommodated our four boats and had outlets to charge our batteries. The stairs are great exercise but can be taxing for those with knee problems. Loved the cabin and would consider visiting again!

Loved Ten Mile for Thanksgiving!

We had one older adult, 3x 50- somethings, 2 x 20- somethings, and five teens. Plus a dog. The game room and Jacuzzi were big hits, and the kitchen was very well stocked for all of us who love to cook! The surroundings were simply beautiful. I suggest taking a drive to the hike at Piney Falls… that was stunning. The owners/property managers made check in absolutely seamless. The fact that we could bring our dog was a big bonus! It was too chilly to swim or take advantage of the kayaks, but I would definitely love to return during months when that would be possible. We wished we could have used the fireplace inside, but understand the restrictions due to insurance purposes. The fire pit was down the hill too far for us to enjoy without leaving my mom behind, so we ended up not using it. If you have an older adult with you, that is something to be aware of. On the whole, we all really enjoyed the stay and would love to come again.

Great Lake Cabin

This cabin is spectacular! There were a few issues with the cabin that the owner contacted us prior to arrival to let us know about and was willing to do anything he could to help with the issues. Communication was great with the owner and the maintenance crew. Pros: Location - great location on the lake very close to the marina and in a small quiet cove. Lake wasn't very crowded and we never had an issue finding a good place to ski or tube. Lake temperature was good (we are big babies and don't like cold water we didn't have an issue at all). The owner of the marina was very nice and allowed us to pull our boat out the night before we left and leave it in their parking lot so we didn't have to pull the boat back to the house on the small curvy roads. Game room - pool table, darts, foosball, ping pong table, and arcade. Plenty to keep everyone entertained. Movie room - 5 electric recliner chairs stadium style with a nice TV, DVD player, and movies. This room also has 2 bunk beds in it. Master bedroom - comfortable bed and nice jacuzzi tub. Deck - very large overlooking the lake and dock, nice zero gravity lounge chairs, patio furniture, and gas grill. Dock - We had a 24 foot deck boat that fit great in the slip, enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board, and the water slide was a lot of fun. We hung out at the dock several times just floating in the cove and playing with everything. Hot tub - needed repairs but after they got it fixed worked good. One set of the jets were excellent and helped with sore muscles from skiing. Fire pit - we really enjoyed making s'mores, firewood was provided, nice having a fire right on the lake. Kitchen - Had everything you could need to cook and a good pantry for all your food. Second fridge in the garage which helped with the drinks. Amenities - There was a good amount of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and dish liquid. Cons: Driveway - VERY steep! Couldn't imagine going down it during snow or ice. We had our boat trailer and was able to keep it on the property at the top of the driveway so really not an issue for us. Steps to the lake - there are a LOT of them! Really not sure it was a con since it was great exercise everyday. Distance to store - It's a drive to get to the grocery store so get everything you need on the first trip (of course we didn't). Overall we really enjoyed our vacation and the house. We had two families staying with kids ranging from 6-19, great time was had by all!

Great Getaway Spot

Wonderful Place

This place was fantastic. Plenty of room and great entertainment for the kids. Only regret is that we didn't book for the summer. The cove and dock were nice. Cold outside with a little rain but still attempted to fish. Overall wonderful place.

Wonderful vacation

We had been looking for a place to take our 6 kids and our parents. Ages 9 to 74. It had to be big enough for all 12 and have a great game room and a dock for our boat. This property had everything and more. It was full of pots and pans and dishes. The kids had games to play and loved the kayaks. Everyone had a great time and it was perfect. Super clean too!

Amazing Lake Getaway!

The property was wonderful! The house was very well stocked on all items and the water toys were so much fun. I was informed after the listing that the jet skis were not available which was a bummer but I can honestly say we did not miss them much. The property was fairly secluded and we enjoyed jumping off the private dock, swimming, kayaking out to the larger portion of the lake. paddle boarding, and sitting out in the sun. We had a few fires out at the fire pit and coffee out on the deck in the morning. The game room was fun for all ages and we watched one of the provided movies in the theater chairs. There is much more I could say about the great fun we had while at this property. We stayed here for four days and never left the comfort of the cabin. :)
