There's something to explore in every direction, whether you're taking the ferry from Port Clyde to Monhegan Island, visiting the Marshall Point Lighthouse, or dining out in Rockland, Rockport, and Camden.

Begin each day with a fresh cup of coffee outside on the brand-new, 50-foot deck, where you can listen to the waves lap up to the shore and watch the morning sun illuminate the surrounding conservation land. There's a gas grill and ample outdoor seating for lunchtime barbecues, a screened porch where you can retreat with a good book in the afternoons, and a firepit for roasting marshmallows with your loved ones beneath the stars.

Inside, the house has been beautifully renovated with new wood floors, new furnishings, and magnificent ocean views highlighted at every turn.
