Tucked away on a quiet country lane just outside Tenbury Wells (1.5 miles), this characterful retreat offers easy access to a charming market town with the River Teme running through it and a handful of independently owned shops, pubs, and eateries. A little further afield lies Ludlow (6.5 miles), a beloved town rich in medieval architecture and attractions, including the impressive Ludlow Castle. Sitting at the southern edge of the Shropshire Hills AONB (4 miles), the area offers endless walking routes and scenic vistas - be sure to explore the Titterstone Clee Hill (7 miles) for a rewarding circular hike and panoramic views from the summit. You’ll also find Leominster 11 miles away, nestled in the heart of Herefordshire’s iconic black and white villages.

This lovingly restored property retains traditional charm with beamed trusses, high ceilings, and farmhouse features throughout. A few steps lead from the dining area into a cosy sitting room with soft sofas and a wood burner, and beyond that, a generous TV room with a large TV and additional comfortable seating.
