To the right of the front entrance, you will walk through the hall to the light and airy kitchen complete with a long farmhouse table to congregate with your family to share a meal or drinks together. Just off the kitchen you will find the boot room and utility room, conveniently located next to the side entrance, ensuring that sandy boots and muddy clothing can be kept out of the main part of the house or put straight into the wash.
