Villa Marani – Exclusive Nature & Comfort

A Venetian villa in the Euganean Hills Regional Park, set on an organic farm with a Pinot Noir vineyard. Four independent apartments with private bathrooms and kitchens, plus an exclusive ground floor with dining room, library and living room for up to 10 guests. Private garden for outdoor meals. Your hosts farmers and winemakers live in the same villa: real hospitality, not a hotel.



You have exclusive use of the four apartments and, on the ground floor, the living room, dining room, kitchen and guest WC. The entrance hall, internal staircase and forecourt are shared with us, the owners, who live on the first floor. The wine store on the ground floor is reserved for the farm.

Quiet hours: 10 pm 8 am. Maximum 10 registered guests. No parties, events or unregistered visitors without prior agreement. Pets welcome with a supplement please contact us in advance. No smoking indoors. Outside, use the ashtray: we're in a farming and woodland area. This is a working farm: keep away from the vineyard during tractor operations. After dark, avoid the vineyard and park wild boar are active at night. The parking area and forecourt are shared: please use the marked spaces. The terrace is for your exclusive use. The small house by the gate is private. Keep the main door closed. Supervise children on the balcony and in outdoor areas. Food and drinks in the dining room or on the terrace not in the bedrooms. Sort your waste into the correct bins. Cooking oil goes in the dedicated container, not down the drain. When you leave: switch off lights and appliances, close doors, windows and shutters (wind can damage them). Report any damage or breakage immediately. Washing machine available on request: 5 per load. Before checkout: dispose of rubbish and perishables, wash up or run the dishwasher.

The ideal vehicle is the car, which can easily be parked inside the park. By car Villa Marani is: 20 minutes from Padua, Terme Eugane, Abano and Vicenza 40 minutes from Venice and 50 from Venice Marco Polo airport and 60 minutes from Treviso airport. The Lovolo motorway exit (A31) is only 11 km from the Villa. The nearest public transportation is: 5 minutes by car or 15 by bike: bus stop for Padua (20 minutes) 20 minutes by car to Terme Eugane train station (Venice, 40 minutes, Mestre 30 minutes) 25 minutes by car to the Grisignano train station (for Vicenza, 10 minutes)

On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to your exclusive spaces: a connected living room and dining room library seating 10, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC. The outdoor seating area seats another 10 for dinner with views over the Euganean Hills. The entrance also looks onto our Rosa Marani wine store: a naturally sparkling organic rosé made by the ancestral method, from Pinot Noir grown in the vineyard surrounding the villa. Lightly effervescent, unfiltered, refermented in the bottle. Available in the 2024 and 2025 vintages. To purchase, get in touch. The internal staircase leads to the first floor Monte Sereo apartment and our private residence and to the second floor, with Rocca Pendice, Monte Grande and Monte Matello.
